Comment by J.David Lewis - Yesterday, Don Dare visited our office, with a camera operator, for an interview about annuities. The story originated from a case in Loudon County, where several people were convinced to move money for annuities they owned to an investment they were lead to believe was another annuity. It was fraud. The things that happened to these people are heartbreaking.
I got my chance to say exactly what I want to tell anyone considering an annuity as an investment. Ask the person selling it “How much money will you personally make if I buy this annuity?” Watch the video by clicking this title News Video | WATE 6 News, Knoxville, Tennessee.
